I was out on Kings Tor on Sunday attempting to finish the Fairy Wishes walk and stumbled across two nice Christmas stamps numbers 1 and 2 is this part of a christmas walk? I couldnt see who had put them out. One was just after 4 winds car park, and the other was between 4 winds and Yellowmead Farm. Is this a WOM walk?? Any clues as to what I found would be appreciated.

Sorry, don't know, but I'm thinking of either walking here or Laughter Tor next week, depending on the weather and how brave i'm feeling. I like the Kings Tor area. Never been to Laughter Tor, so we'll see.

I did the 'I Spy on Dartmoor' charity walk around Laughter Tor today. It constitutes of 15 stamps but are well hidden so some may be difficult to 'stumble across' without the clues. Only found 4 or 5 others. Approach the Tor from Dunnabridge not from the top car parks.......................very boggy!!

I probably won't find them then ... lol ... but I will try.

Thanks for the hint about the parking.

Hi Lost Legionnaire - as mentioned on another thread, I found 13 of the boxes so was really chuffed - Dunnabridge was certainly a good place to park. Looking over to Bellever Tor, Bellever looked absolutely packed with people today. Is Bellever any good for boxing?

Thanks

I don't know about Bellever, but I only found 13 of the 15 stamps on the charity walk. Even with GPS I couldn't find No's 7 & 9 so maybe they have been pinched.

If you couldn't find them either, then maybe they have disappeared then. Thanks very much.
