From next spring Fingle Woods will be open to the public, as the National Trust and the Woodland Trust have bought the whole area from a private owner.
The delay in the opening is due to paths and tracks have to be cleared for people to use.
But essentially 850 acres of Dartmoor has just been reopened :D
